五、主要学术成果摘要 在日本留学和工作八年间,作为技术负责人先后完成各类日本国家级及国际合作项目15项。2006年回国至今,作为负责人正在进行1项国家自然科学基金项目、1项中澳合作基金项目、2项国家科技支撑计划重点项目、1项863计划项目等8个项目。在微纳制造技术研究领域取得了显著的成绩:先后获日本理化学研究所理事长奖、国际会议优秀论文奖、日本科学协会研究奖。发表论文80余篇,其中国际杂志论文25篇,在权威刊物《国际机床与制造杂志》发表论文多篇。SCI EI ISTP收录论文 30余篇次。独著专著1部,合著日文专著1部。应邀在国内外作特约学术报告多次。主要学术兼职包括日本理化学研究所客座研究员、国家863项目、国家自科基金项目等通讯评审专家、多个国际学术会议的组委会委员、多个国际权威杂志审稿人。
